MOBILE RACKING WAREHOUSE

Facility with double two sided pallet racks fixed on top of electrically powered mobile bases, which move on rails embedded on the floor. There’s only one aisle opened at a time, saving the space of the rest of the aisles that would exist in a conventional warehouse with fixed pallet racks. Pallet entries and exits are done with classical lift or stack trucks driven by a person.

It is new in the market. It is a self developed and patented system that allows pallets to enter and exit the warehouse automatically. It is placed at the center of the racks and is driven by our own developed software, allowing a mobile racking warehouse to enter and exit pallets automatically, improving speed and access to pallets and reducing runs by half. This facility achieves a combination of the increase in storage capacity, workforce reduction and therefore higher efficiency.

CONTROL AREA

The different areas of the warehouse are managed by the Control Area, where the product is checked and directed to its destiny. Everything that comes in and out from the warehouse is checked there to guarantee a real inventory which reflects the true level of stock.

PRELOAD AREA

All the outgoing pallets are sent to the Preload Area. It is placed in one of the extremes of the distribution gallery and built vertically, therefore reduces significantly the need of loading dock space. Pallet movements are totally controlled and can be automatic.

PICKING AREA

This area can be added to any existing warehouse and to any of the Systock designs. The necessary pallets are placed automatically in order to prepare easily the picking orders. Its specific layout combined with the automation and the software management will bring in a high efficiency preparation of orders and an important workforce reduction.

It is a new system that doesn’t exist in the market. We add one or two stacker cranes to the semiautomatic mobile racking warehouse, getting the total automation of the facility. The stacker crane is responsible for entering, positioning and extracting the pallets from the racks without the need of workforce. This is a patented system.
The existing automated warehouses in the market work over fixed racks, and due to their high cost, are reserved only to really great capacities and high demanding stock rotation. Systock target is to achieve this level of automation in the mobile racking systems, assuring the same capabilities and benefits, with a much lower cost.
